The 2025 Pennsylvania Supreme Court retention election was held on November 4, 2025, to determine whether three Pennsylvania Supreme Court justices would serve their second 10-year terms. Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht, who were first elected as Democrats in 2015, were all retained by large margins, including in over a dozen counties won by Donald Trump in 2024.
