The 2025–26 Wyoming Cowboys basketball team represents the University of Wyoming during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Cowboys are led by second-year head coach Sundance Wicks and play their home games at Arena-Auditorium in Laramie, Wyoming as a member of the Mountain West Conference.
