The 2025–26 Western Michigan Broncos men's basketball team represented Western Michigan University during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Broncos, led by fourth-year head coach Dwayne Stephens, played their home games at University Arena in Kalamazoo, Michigan as a member of the Mid-American Conference (MAC).

On March 8, 2026, the school fired head coach Dwayne Stephens. They finished the 2025–26 season 10–21, 4–14 in MAC play, to finish in a three way tie for last place. They failed to qualify for the MAC tournament.
