The 2025–26 UTSA Roadrunners women's basketball team currently represents the University of Texas at San Antonio during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Roadrunners, led by fifth-year head coach Karen Aston, play their home games at the Convocation Center in San Antonio, Texas, as second-year members of the American Athletic Conference.
