The 2025–26 UAB Blazers women's basketball team represenged the University of Alabama at Birmingham during the 2025–26 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Blazers, led by 13th-year head coach Randy Norton, played their home games at the Bartow Arena in Birmingham, Alabama as second year members of the American Conference.
