The 2025–26 Portland Trail Blazers season is the 56th season of the franchise in the National Basketball Association (NBA). On July 19, 2025, former All-Star Damian Lillard signed a three-year deal with the Trail Blazers for his second stint with the team.
On October 23, 2025, head coach Chauncey Billups was arrested for alleged involvement in an illegal gambling scheme and was placed on leave by the NBA. He was replaced by Tiago Splitter on interim basis.
