The 2025–26 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season began on October 3, 2025, and will conclude with the NCAA championship on April 10, 2026. This will be the 78th season in which an NCAA ice hockey championship is held and will be the US college hockey's 132nd year overall.
This will be only the second time in history that the NCAA championship will be held in the Pacific Time Zone. The first occurred in 1999 when the finals were held in Anaheim, California.
