The 2007 Florida Atlantic Owls football team represented Florida Atlantic University (FAU) as a member of the Sun Belt Conference during the 2007 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Led by seventh-year head coach Howard Schnellenberger, the Owls compiled an overall record of 8–5 with a mark of 6–1 in conference play, sharing the Sun Belt title with Troy to capture the first conference championship in program history. Florida Atlantic was invited to the New Orleans Bowl, where the Owls defeated Memphis. The team played home games at Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Dolphin Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
