The Świdnica Plain is a physiographic unit forming part of the Sudetes in south-western Poland. It lies in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship and constitutes a transitional area between the Sudetic mountain ranges and the Sudetic Foreland. The plain takes its name from the town of Świdnica and represents one of the most fertile and densely settled areas in the region.
The highest elevation of the Świdnica Plain is Popiel (284.4 m above sea level).
