Îlham Ehmed (Arabic: إلهام أحمد, born 28 December 1963) is a Syrian Kurdish politician who has served as co-president of the Executive Council of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria since 2018. A member of the Democratic Union Party, she previously held the position of co-chair of the Syrian Democratic Council from 2015 to 2018.
As of March 2025, she is co-chair of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.
